I have a BandW Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs the trailer i just bought has a goose neck how do I make this hitch work with that trailer

Bruce, the easiest way to get your Gooseneck trailer to work with your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3600 is to use a Gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter # KPG5-R25-IP.
This is going to get installed on your Gooseneck and convert it to a 5th wheel king pin so that you can use your B&W Companion. This adapter also has a 25k capacity, has an adjustable height, and has a 4" diameter tube.
You're also going to need the Replacement Load Bearing Pin for Ram Gooseneck Couplers # GCPN-PIN to secure the adapter to your Gooseneck.
