Question:

Hi, I will be ordering your Blazer Trailer tail light 6 functions LED submersible 7 diode red lense Item# C7493R TM. 1. How do I order a passenger and a drivers side light? 2. How do I know what gauge the wiring is? It doesnt say in the product descrition? I need to order some Heat Shrink Butt Connectors - and need to know what size to order for connecting these lights. I thank you in advance.

For the Blazer Trailer lights, you will want the Blazer Trailer Tail Light - 6 Function - LED - Submersible - 7 Diodes # C7493RTM for the passenger side and the Blazer Trailer Tail Light - 7 Function - LED - Submersible - 9 Diodes # C7483RTM for the driver's side. That 7th function and the extra diodes are for the license plate light. These two parts are designed to be a pair.

The installation video I've included will show you how to mount these lights and you will want to use the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 16-14 Gauge - Nylon Insulation - Blue - Qty 5 # DW05744-5 for that water tight seal you see used in that installation video. The lights have 16 gauge wires. If you don't already have the trailer wiring, I recommend the 4-Flat Connector Wishbone Style - Trailer End # W002230 which is 18 gauge wiring, so you'd double it over for the butt connectors but wouldn't need a jump wire from one side of the trailer to the other.
