What Brake Controllers is Tekonsha 7-Way Trailer Emulator Blade # 6562 Compatible With

Question:

Will the 6562 trailer emulator work with the Chevy RPO JL1 Brake Controller? I can simulate the trailer using a 1.5 ohm high power resistor showing ‘trailer connected’ and brake voltage output at the connector. Seems to me your 6562 emulator should be able to do this. What resistance does the emulator have? Thanks!

It's hard to say if the # 6562 will work with your factory Chevy brake controller. The only ones we can say for certain will work with this tester are the Tekonsha brake controllers and the integrated Ford controllers.
