I cant see in the pictures where the safety chains hook up. I see one customer photo with a place for the safety chains. Does that come with the hitch? Do I need to purchase a separate fixture for hooking up chains?

The safety chains for # AM3200 are # RM3230. The two eyelet bolts included with the safety chains will replace the king pin coupler bolts that ship with the Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection. The other ends with the hooks will need to attach to the 5th wheel rails using safety chain loops such as # C16000.
