Question:
I currently have a reese fifth wheel hitch. Will the curt have the same measurements as my reese set up to into my current rails?

Yep it sure will; your Reese 5th wheel hitch fits industry-standard base rails, which is exactly what is required to use the CrossWing, which is the following part number:
- Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C86JR
The CrossWing # C86JR is a nice upgrade from your standard 5th wheel hitch as it is much lighter (only 60 lbs) so easier to remove from your truck, and has a 5" offset for better turning clearance.
