The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960134 that you purchased has a 4-Way Flat connector on it which receives the stop, turn, and tail signals from your 2018 Ford F-150.
If you are wanting to also tie in your reverse signal then you will want to use 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 along with quick disconnects like parts # DW05729-1 and # DW05712-1.
I also recommend using Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to splice into your reverse light circuit.
Please note that this light bar was not designed to carry the reverse light circuit so tying it in could cause some problems.
