I NEED TO REPLACE DRUMS AND BACKING PLATES ON A CAMPER. THEY ARE 10 INCH 5 LUG, WITH BD-545-17 ON THE DRUM. WHAT DRUMS CAN I USE? ALSO, CAN I USE DEXTER BACKING PLATE SETS?

The exact replacement hub assemblies you need are the AxleTek Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-K. These assemblies come with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap and even the lug nuts needed. You can absolutely use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469 with these hubs and they will work great. If you don't want the Dexter name brand, you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA made by the same company as your hubs. Both options are self adjusting so you will not need to manually adjust your assemblies as they wear for best braking as they will automatically do so.
