What type of hitch do I need for a Thule Apex Swing Hanging Bike Hitch Rack for a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Its a 4 bike rack. Thank you

For your 2011 Toyota Highlander, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75586. This is a very strong hitch with a 2 inch receiver that will work very well with the discontinued Thule Apex Swing 4 Bike Rack or the similar Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack # Y02465 if you don't already have the Apex.

I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. This will create a top frame rail between the seat post and handlebars for level transport and ground clearance.
