For the stealth hitch using the tow ball accessory, where do you hook the safety chains? Why does the accessory not have a place to hook them?

Stealth Hitches like the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391KIATELL20 you were looking at require the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391CONVA7 in order to tow a trailer and get the brackets for the safety chains (pictured below). These brackets will bolt to the sides of the stainless steel mounting block and can be seen being attached in Conner's video below at the 13 minute mark.

With how tight they sit to hitch you'll most likely need some quick links # RM-910022 to attach your chains if they have a large clevis.
