Id like a galvanized idler hub for the Timbren ASR3500S06. Will the AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K work? Thanks!

This galvanized, 3,500 pound idler hub uses the needed bearings and seal to match up with the spindles on the Timbren system. The hub features a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and the E-Z lube-compatible grease cap will allow for easy lubrication of the bearings. The galvanized finish offers superior corrosion resistance. Looking to replace dexter torqflex tandem axle assembly on my Hallmark SnoLite snowmobile trailer. Being the trailer frame is boxed aluminum will the Trimbren axle with the 4inch lift work. This trailer has the tires tucked under the trailer unlike most newer ones with the tires on the outside of the trailer. Concerned my 205/75R 14 tires might not have clearance. Plus not that easy align the bolt holes while drilling from on side to the next. Is the boxed aluminum strong enough to through bolt? Manyquestions before I take on this summer project. Unsure of what degree I have right know 22.5or 45. To much snow on the ground right now. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Or just put new Dexter axles back on.

The Timbren Axle-Less systems are fantastic, versatile units, but at the same time there are certain trailers where they just aren't the best option. I honestly think your Hallmark SnoLite falls under this category. With this type of setup, I believe your best option will be to go with an exact replacement. Otherwise the modifications necessary to make something else work would be pretty significant.
