For the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2170 referenced in your question, which are confirmed to fit your 2006 Ford F-53, I recommend going with the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System # F2097. This will work great with the air springs on your F-53, as it features a heavy-duty 150-psi compressor that will make quick work of filling up the bags when needed. The single-path system will maintain equal pressure in 2 springs for easy front-to-back leveling. The air line, fittings, wiring harness, and installation hardware are all included.
