will these locks be an exact replacement for a featherlite horse trailer same mounting hole position thanks-

You would need to go by the dimensions of the Global Link Vise Lock # 295-000024 to determine fit. The 2 mounting holes at the top are spaced 2-13/16 inches apart on center. And from the center of those holes to the center of the bottom hole is 3-11/16 inches. Overall the lock is 6-1/2 inches by 3-1/2 inches by 1-1/4 inches.
