Trailer Door Latch Possible fit for 1998 Sundowner Horse Trailer

Question:

I have a 98 Sundowner horse trailer with a broken door latch. The door is 1.5 inches thick I attached pictures with measurements Do you have any latches that could fit this? All the latches Im finding are too wide and too short. Ive added a picture of the current one that fits but is broken.

I see the door thickness picture you attached but that's the only picture that made it through. The part # 295-000019 is a standard RV style latch that can fit door thicknesses of up to 1-1/2 inches so this would work but it requires a cut out of 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.
