is there a tirestep that will fit the tires on a 2017 dodge ram 3500 pickup tire diameter is approx. 28 inches approx. Your product says fits over 22 inch tires

The Powerbuilt Adjustable Tire Step # ALL647596 may be an option as it is a universal mount which is going to fit any tire that is 13" wide or less. It is 21-1/2" long and has a weight capacity of 300 lbs.
I also recommend taking a look at the Folding Wheel Step, # PT68ZR which is a universal mount that hangs on your tire and also fits any tire up to 13 inches wide. To determine if you can use these, you need to measure the width of your 28-inch diameter tires.
If those don't work, you could consider a basic step like the # TE97FR.
