Will the Tailgater Tire Table TT54FR Fit a 35" Tire?

Question:
Looking at tailgater table, your expert says fits tire size of 14” diameter. What vehicle on earth has a tire that small? I need one that fits my 35” on 18” diameter wheels, for my truck.
