I do have a solution for you, however the Bulldog Square A-Frame Jack referenced in your question will not work well with the Bulldog Heavy-Duty Cast Head Coupler # BD44150WH301. This is because this particular coupler features a 2-1/4 inch diameter hole that is designed to accept round tube trailer jacks, not a square design like the Bulldog model you mentioned.
For this coupler, I instead recommend looking at the Bulldog Round A-Frame Jack # BD1550101344. This is another great 3,000 pound trailer jack from Bulldog but it features a round tube design with a 2-1/4 inch diameter, making it a perfect match for the above mentioned coupler. It has a total lift of 13 inches and a retracted bracket height of 7 inches. You can add the Detachable Footplate # PS1400700340 or Caster # PS1400750340.
