Question:
Thanks! All I really need is a third wheel to move around my 16x8ft concession trailers once a year for inspection. I’m not looking for anything that needs to be welded as I want to be able to use it for all 5 trailers. Additionally, I already have the attached jack on the hitch, so I don’t really need that. And I’m ideally not looking for a dolly as I ruined multiple and they tend to bend, flip, etc. What’s my best option? Perhaps just a caster wheel? Do you offer a heavy duty, double one? Desperate, please help!

The only bolt-on swivel jack we have that works with 6" tall trailer frames is the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover part # STC-V211. The Trailer Valet has a 500 lb tongue weight capacity and works with frame rails up to 2-3/4" wide x 6" tall. In addition to featuring a bolt on tongue jack, the Trailer Valet as the name states doubles as a trailer dolly which will easily allow one person to move their trailer around. The dolly has integrated brakes which keep it from rolling. I have attached a review video of this dolly/jack for you as well.
Since you have a 6" tall trailer frame, the most cost effective solution would be to use a pipe mount jack like the Square Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w Footplate part # TJDP-7000S-B. This jack uses a circular pipe which will need to be welded to their trailer frame. This jack has a much larger support and lift capacity of 8,000 lbs and 7,000 lbs respectively. It also has a drop leg feature which minimizes the number of rotations on the handle that will be needed to lift the jack. I have also attached a review video of this jack.
