Question:
Hi I am going to be purchasing a vehicle wiring harness as well as a trailer hitch receiver for my 2006 Nissan Murano. I will be towing a 93 pop up camper, approx 2200 lbs. Thank you.

The wiring you need is the Curt T-Connector # C49KR wiring kit as it is the only one available for your 2006 Nissan Murano.
For a trailer hitch I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13571 which is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a Gross Towing Weight (GTW) rating of 3,500 lbs and a max Tongue Weight (TW) rating of 350 lbs but you will want to check the weight capacity rating of your Murano in your owner's manual to ensure that you do not exceed the lower of the two.
To finish up your towing setup you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball, plus a pin and clip to secure it. The Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45036 is a very popular option that comes with a 2" hitch ball and a pin and clip, but you will want to check out the attached ball mount article to ensure that the 2" drop is correct for your application.
I have attached some videos and instructions for you to reference as well.
