Whats the difference between Curt C45020 and Curt C45040 ball mounts?

I believe you meant to type # C45030 as there isn't a C45040. The biggest difference would be the part # C45030 is for a 2 inch trailer hitch and the # C45020 is for a 1-1/4 inch hitch.
