Replacement Reese Friction Sway Control Unit Recommendation

Question:
I have an EAZ Lift Sway control unit missing the ball plate for the trailer end. Will the C17201 Ball Plate work on my unit? I have a 2014 Forest River Surveyor Series trailer.

I really wish I could say yes for sure, but Curt nor us has tested the ball # C17201 with an EAZ sway control unit so we don't know if it will work or not.
Best solution we have would be an all new unit like the Reese part # 83660 which would work well.
