you have the actuator switch uf38-75-1037 which I need but I need help getting the toggle switch that operates the jack light. Both switches are rusty.

You could actually use toggle switch # UF38-75-1037 for the light switch on your Barker VIP 3000 tongue jack. You just wouldn't need to use all of the terminals on the back of the switch. Pretty much any similar on/off switch could work such as # PK34500.
