Question:

Hi, I have a 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro4x. I dont have the factory tow package and want to add a hitch and wiring harness. I know the following items will work for me: items 13241, 18144, and 118525. I wanted to ask though if you had any harnesses that include both a 4 pin and 7 pin connector in one package. Also if you have any other recommendations for me I would appreciate it!

Curt 2-inch Class III hitch # 13241 is a confirmed fit on your 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro4x and installs easily as shown in the linked video. Written instructions are linked too and these tell you the tools needed and provide detailed information on bolting this on to your truck.

To have wiring with both 4-pole and 7-way connectors you can use kit # 118266 for the relays and harness and simply substitute connector # HM40975 for the 7-way-only that is included in the relay kit. This includes a mounting bracket so you do not need # 18144.

You may care to add ball mount/hitch ball combo # C45036. Or you can use etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
