Can the Fittings on the RhinoRLEX RV Sewer Hose be Locked

How do you lock the fittings?

The RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose, part # CAM39768, can be locked by twisting on the orange "base" part right where the fitting meets the black hose. When you physically see the hose it's clearly labled which way to turn to lock and unlock the hose.
I've linked a video that explains the process a little better since you can see it pointed out.
