Question:
I recently purchased a reese ford hitch. I bought it from an individual that purchased it with the truck he bought. I tried installed the hitch on my truck but the puck pins wont lock down in the pucks. The handles lock into place where they should for the pucks to lock but they dont the pin just stays stationary and never moves. There are holes in the pins that look like they need cotter pins in them. Just looking for a solution thanks

Since you purchased a Reese 18K hitch for Ford Factory pucks the foot # 58238 is what you need for the older style Signature series fifth wheel hitches and is a replacement foot assembly kit. If you have the newer style, then # RP58419 is what you need for the Elite style replacement.
If you are looking for something else, send me a photo of the part and we can go from there.
