Yes and no...
The puck design that the # 58238 fits is the same as the Ram rail kits, BUT there isn't a hitch that this adapter fits that has the correct puck spacings to fit a Ram rail kit.
The Ram rail kits are spaced differently than the Ford and Elite Reese rail kits. The hitches that this adapter fits is the older style Signature Series which predates the Ford and Elite rails. There were no hitches that would need this adapter and would be spaced properly to fit the Ram rail kits.
