The correct rotating pin box (Revolution/Sidewinder) for your 2019 Jayco Seismic 4113 is the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret part # RP34FR. This pin box has a 20,000 lb weight capacity which will be sufficient for your Seismic and will provide you with a 22" extension. It also comes with a three year warranty. The MORryde RPB72-1621HD-05 Pin Box that you trailer came with from the factory is only rated to 18,000 lb. so the Sidewinder will actually give you more of a safety margin. The entire weight of the trailer will almost never be put directly onto the pin box so that is why it is not rated for the full gross vehicle weight rating of the trailer according to a contact at Jayco.

Please keep in mind that as you will be changing the pivot point on your trailer, you will need to use a wedge to lock the kingpin inside the 5th wheel jaws. The Sidewinder comes with a universal wedge but if you can tell me the make and model of your 5th wheel hitch, I will see if a custom one which works much better is available.
