Replacement Slide Out Switch for 2005 Wildwood 30 Foot Travel Trailer

I have a 2005 30 foot Wildwood travel trailer. I think I need to replace both of the slide out switches. I dont use the switches often. They havent been used in years. I dont move the trailer and leave the slide outs out all of the time. I went to close the slide outs and one of the switches worked but didnt shut off after it was released. The slide out came in too far. The switch felt soft as if it had an internal spring that had broken. It would not move in or out. The other slide came in a bit but then stopped. The switch had the same soft feel to it. It seems odd to me that both of them break at the same time. I believe I need part number 173628 but it is no longer available. Can I use 117461 and modify it? If so, how do I rewire them? Thank you.

The Lippert Components Slide-Out Switch Assembly - White # LC117461 or black # LC117460 will work well for you. I've attached the wiring color coding in a photo to assist in your rewiring.
