For your Heartland RV with 4400 lb dual axles, I recommend the Dexter Heavy-Duty Tandem-Axle Trailer Suspension Kit for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # K71-449-00. This is for axles with 35 inch spacing. If you have the 33 inch spacing, then you will want to use kit # K71-359-00.
Either of these systems will give you the easy to use grease zerks to keep the system functioning at its best. I've attached a video review of this system to assist.
