The Prodigy RF Electric Brake Controller # TK94FR works with basically any vehicle that has a working 12 volt circuit on their 7-way. The 12 volt power of your 7-way is still ran to the trailer after the Prodigy so your breakaway battery will still receive power without any issue and you shouldn't have to worry about it. The LED lights won't be an issue either.
If the 7-way adapter you have already has a functioning 12 volt pin then you won't need anything else. If it isn't then use 10 gauge wire, part # 10-1-1 that's sold by the foot, to connect the pin in the 1 O'clock position on your 7-way to your truck's battery through a 40 amp circuit breaker, part # 9510.
