For your Master Lock Hitch Receiver and Coupler Latch Lock Set - Padlock - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # 2848DAT with a broken key in the cylinder, your only option is to contact a locksmith to see if there is a way to remove the broken key without damaging the cylinder or drill out the cylinder to remove it.
