What is the difference between the T84B drain system and the T84?

The outlet tubes on Double RV Waste Valves # T84 are larger than those on Double RV Waste Valves # T84B.
On the T84 the 3" Hubs slide OVER your RV's black-water lines.
On the T84B the 3" Spigots slide INTO your RV's black-water lines.
