  The double valve you need to install on the 3-inch waste pipe in the photo is part # T84. This is the female valve designed to fit over a 3-inch pipe. To cap the 3-inch line you would need part # T50B. This is a waste valve that comes with a 3-inch bayonet cap. If you are wanting to cap the 1-1/2 inch waste line you can use part # T1001C. This has the hub that fits over the 1-1/2 inch waste line and a threaded cap included.

  Sounds like you are looking for a double valve similar to the part # T84 from Valterra. That said I'd need more info to know for sure which of these is the correct fit since they are all universal.
