Trailer makers do not typically maintain specs on small items like the bearings used in construction of their trailers so you'll want to pull one hub and remove its bearings. The linked photo shows you the usual appearance of these part numbers. You can then search on those part numbers.

A popular bearing kit is part # BK2-100 which is intended for a 3500-lb axle. This kit include bearings # L44649 and # L68149, matching races, grease seal and tang washer.
