You can absolutely use an over-under kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch diameter axles or # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axles on an enclosed trailer. The type of trailer or the size of the frame doesn't matter. The axle diameter is all that determines compatibility for this. We have used it on utility trailers to RV Toy Haulers. It will raise your trailer roughly the diameter of the axles.
