Replacement Lid Supports for Yakima Skybox 16

Question:

Looking for PN 8870088 as stated below I need both front and rear supports and cant find 8870088 in search option? What am I missing... The Replacement Rear Lid Support for Yakima SkyBox 12 and SkyBox 16 Rooftop Cargo Boxes 2009 and Newer 8870088 was originally attached with the rivets you have attached a picture of. The new support comes with screws that are used instead. You can remove the rivets with a wire cutter or the cutting portion of a needle nose pliers. If you need the front support it is Replacement Front Lid Support for Yakima SkyBox 12 and SkyBox 16 Rooftop Cargo Boxes 2009 and Newer # 8870090. By Jason S.

Yakima has rolled over their part numbers since that answer and replaced it with two hinges that work with all of their cargo boxes.

For your Skybox 16, you'll just need two of part # 8880683.
