Yakima Skybox 16 Lid Support Troubleshooting and Replacement Installation

Question:
My Yakima Skybox 16 Read Lid Support arm has detached from the box itself. As reference from the Installation Guide # 8870088: - On page 3, images 13/14, the base-piece shown by itself has detached from the box - The base-piece is also shown by itself on Page 4, images 6/7 The only part remaining on the box itself are 2 small-posts. see attached picture Please let me know what parts I need to get to re-attach the Lid Support arm to the box.

The Replacement Rear Lid Support for Yakima SkyBox 12 and SkyBox 16 Rooftop Cargo Boxes 2009 and Newer 8870088 was originally attached with the rivets you have attached a picture of. The new support comes with screws that are used instead. You can remove the rivets with a wire cutter or the cutting portion of a needle nose pliers. If you need the front support it is Replacement Front Lid Support for Yakima SkyBox 12 and SkyBox 16 Rooftop Cargo Boxes 2009 and Newer # 8870090.
