Question:
Recommendation Please. I purchased your J Hook Tie Downs some years ago to use when towing my 2001 and 2014 Corvettes. They work great. I am planning to purchase a Ferrari F430 in the next month or so and wanted to know if you could give me recommendations as to which of your Tie Downs that would work best. I have an 18foot open trailer and I may need to use the trailer to pick up the vehicle. thanks much

The best way to secure you Ferrari F430 to a trailer will involve an E-Track system. For this you are going to want a few items.
First you will want a set of tracks like the Erickson Horizontal E-Track part # EM19147. You will want four of them, one under each wheel. You will then want to use a set of tie-downs compatible with these tracks and for that the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet part # EM58523 will be your best option. You will again want a total of four straps, one for each wheel. To complete this method I recommend using two sets of the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chocks for E-Track part # EM09162-2 and placing two of them in front of your front tires and two of them behind your rear tires.
In regards to security, this is going to be the best option to keep any luxury vehicle safe during transport. I have included a review video on each of these items for you.

There are different wheel track widths, front and back, almost 2”. I understand that the straps should be placed in the center of the tire. How should the E-Track be placed on the floor so the straps make proper contact when tying down the vehicle? Thanks
