Question:
will it work on 2005 heavy half silverado

Expert Reply:
If you are referring to a "heavy half silverado" as being a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD then yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2190 will work well for you as long as your truck does not have the quadrasteer feature or an in-bed hitch such as a 5th wheel or gooseneck.
If you do have an in-bed hitch then you will want to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57272 as these airbags mount underneath the frame rail and will allow for the use of an in-bed hitch. Regardless of which kit you choose, if you would like to operate the airbags from inside the cab I recommend using the Firestone Air Command I part # F2158 as this will allow you to do so.
