I was unable to find any trailer bearing information using the numbers you provided, however these numbers are very close to existing bearing sizes we do have available. It's very possible, especially if the bearings on your trailer are old, that the numbers have been scratched and worn, thus difficult to accurately read.
If the L68145 bearing you mentioned is actually L68149, the correct replacement bearing will be # L68149. This bearing has an inner diameter of 1.378 inches and is commonly used as the inner bearing for the #84 spindle.
Then, it's also possible that the 144549 bearing you referenced is actually the L44649, which would correspond to part # L44649. This bearing has an inner diameter of 1.063 inches and is typically the outer bearing for the #84 spindle, which would match the above mentioned bearing.
You can also take a couple measurements on your spindle, where the bearings sit, to verify the inner diameter needed for replacement bearings. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements will need to be exact. I have attached an image that shows exactly where you will take these measurements.
