Both the part numbers # SSF-106-47 and # SSF-106-40 are a fit for the front axle of your 2017 Ford E-350. The difference being that the part # SSF-106-47 has a 1,000 lb spring and the # SSF-106-40 has a 500 lb spring.
For the weight of your Thor Vegas I'd go with the 1,000 lb # SSF-106-47 as it will be more effective.
