Can this tank be laid on its side? I have 12inch highs under bed ?

The Valterra RV Water Tank, # R8018, can be installed in almost any configuration that will allow the tank to fit your application.
The tank has 6-3/8 of an inch threaded fittings where you may use for access to the tank water. 5 of the plugs are sealed while 1 plug is open. If this plug is not in the correct place for your application, then the plug can be stopped and sealed.
I recommend using the Valterra ABS Tank Fill Kit, # RK908, with this tank. The kit includes fittings, plug, and solvent cement to allow you to connect hoses to the Valterra water tank.
