How is the Ultra Faucets Drinking Faucet Connected to Water Line

Question:
Can you tell me what size the supply line is? Can plastic be used on the supply line? I have a faucet like this one in my motorhome that is leaking. It is fed through a filter via a plastic line about the diameter of a small drinking straw.....1/4inch o.d.

The Ultra Faucets drinking faucet, part # 277-000189, does fit a line of about a 1/4 inch. Your plastic line feeds into the braided line on the faucet and is held in place with a compression nut.
