I'm looking for a 2-inch hitch that will fit a 2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring hatchback. Can you help? Thanks!

There are a pair of hitches which are a confirmed fit for your 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback, but unfortunately none of them are 2" hitches. The hitches which fit your vehicle are the Draw-Tite # 24914 and Curt # C11377, each of which are Class I, 1-1/4" hitches.
Of the two, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 24914 because it will not require the use of stabilization straps when using accessories such as a bike rack.
