Question:
will the hooks on BDW20230 fit my D-rings. 2017 Top Hat car hauler, swivel D-rings welded into deck. they are stamped with 6,000 pounds.

The D-Rings on your 2017 Top Hat car hauler will work just fine with the Bulldog Winch Combo Axle/Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps - Qty 4 # BDW20230 as long as they are 1 inch in thickness or less. Each strap is rated for 3,335 lbs working load limit and 10,000 lb break strength.
