How Do the Heavy Duty Ramp Springs Install on a Trailer and Ramp

Question:

Good Afternoon, I would like to retrofit my equipment trailer ramps to include helper springs. I have watched your video. I still do not understand how and where exactly to install these springs. Could you provide a photograph of the springs installed on a trailer ramp?

Heavy duty ramp springs # RS16933RH and # RS16933LH install on the hinge of the ramp. I have included a picture of what this looks like for you. Not all trailers are exactly the same but this should give you a general idea of how the springs install.

@DarylB In the video we made, which I have linked below, there was a pin that got pulled out to remove the main rod. You'll have to look around for something similar on your toy hauler.
