Yes, you can use Erickson Horizontal E-Track item # E19148 as front straps to hold down a car. These tracks have a 2,000 lbs maximum capacity per track. You will want to use the etrailer E-Track Backing Plates w/ Hardware item # e96RR for mounting. The included hardware lets you mount your E-track on surfaces up to 2" thick.
To strap your car down you will want to use the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet item # EM58523.
