Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2663 and the Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar # BX7322 are compatible with each other.

Please note that the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2663 fits the following:

2016 - 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback - S, SE, and Titanium - with or without Adaptive Cruise Control
2016 - 2017 Ford Focus Sedan - with or without Adaptive Cruise Control

Keep in mind that a complete flat towing setup includes both the Base Plate Kit and the Tow Bar as well as Safety Cables, Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring, a Supplemental Braking System, and possibly a High-Low Adapter.

The RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643 are a great option for Safety Cables because they are rated for 6,000 lbs and have the coiled style which helps to keep them from dragging on the ground.

For Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which, once installed, provides a quick pug-in connector at the front of your Focus that is easily accessible.

One of the most popular Supplemental Braking Systems that we have is the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. It is a one-time setup that is easily connected to your RV and will activate the brakes on your Ford Focus at the same time and with the same intensity as the brake pedal in your RV. You will need to install a Stop Light Switch # RM-751454 for this installation though.
