Can you please tell me Spacings of holes center of one hole to the center of next

I went out to our warehouse and measured the Fulton Coupler with Hand Wheel Latch part # F3080217 for you. The distance from the center of the two bolt holes located on the bottom of the coupler is 4". I have also attached a photo with this measurement for you.
