Question:
I am considering replacement of my trailer axle/brake hubs. I currently have Dexter part 023-463-00 on the right side. My question, are these hubs self-adjusting or manual? I know you sell self-adjusting but am not certain what I currently have.

If you have a self-adjusting brake assembly, you'll be able to see the adjuster cable extending across the brake assembly once you remove the hub/drum. However, we sell the Dexter brake kit # K23-463-00, so we can confirm the brakes are not self-adjusting.
If you would like to install self-adjusting brakes, you'll have to adjust them once during the initial install, but after that, they will self-adjust. I've included a video demonstrating how to install and adjust a brake assembly (adjustment begins around the 1:50 mark).
Based on your Dexter brake assembly information, I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 4.4K, Item # K23-478-479. This kit fits 13-inch to 15-inch wheels and includes both the driver's-side and passenger's-side brake assemblies, adjuster plugs, mounting bolts, and nuts. The lockwashers are sold separately, # 5-8, as is the Brake Adjustment Spoon, # W80630.
I've included a video review of this product for you as well.
