I have a 2017 BMW X3 with flush mounted rails that run front to back. I have Thule bars and accessories. I am confused about the Thule Roof Rack Fit Does that fit kit include everything I need

In order to mount Thule WingBar crossbars # TH711320, you would need both the Thule Evo Flush Foot Pack # TH710601 and the Thule Fit Kit for Podium-Style Foot Packs # TH186007.

What the fit kit does is create mounting brackets specific to your 2017 BMW X3. These brackets are needed in order to secure each of the rack's feet to your roof.

For the roof rack itself the Thule setup Kyle suggested above is my recommendation as well. For the actual bike rack I really like the Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103, which lets you keep both wheels on and avoids any frame contact with the bike.
